20GB data allowance

Hi there everyone I've just seen that O2 now do 20GB data allowance for £33 a month and was wondering if I can go on this can someone please let me know.

They are introducing it on new phones and as yet it's a promotion. You will not be able to upgrade to this tariff until the end of your contract or if you pay off the rest of your current minimum term.
