I cannot usee premium MMS, I used to be able to until I changed my tariff and despite even fully resetting my phone and all permissions it will not send premium mms, I have no spend cap I have no parental controls def well over 21 with 42 yrs experience. Shop is no helpt they say can find no reason for it, blame phone, I say well it worked ok till i changed tariff!!. Customer service is useless and keep tellimg mme that they have done this done that wait 24hrs and STILL DONT WORK... If I cant fix it i wil cancell my contract..ANY IDEAS

All we know about spend caps (including bars on charge to mobile) are in the two guides below @SC959
You can check the spend cap in your My o2 - it shows under bolt ons.
The other thing to check is if you have reached the limit of your spend cap (if you have) one.
As you are struggling to get this resolved with customer services, I'll mention the o2 advisors on duty on the community this morning.
