I am trying to request a PAC code but I am unable to do do online
when I navigate to Manage Contracts - Thinking of switching from O2? - the box is blank, not showing any numbers, I input the number manually and hit search but nothing comes out, blank box, "nothing matching records found"
Can you please help?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I tried text PAC to 65075 and texted INFO to 85075 - not working 😞
I tried manage contacts - thinking of switching from O2 - etc. but the box is blanked and shows no results
I am also unable to call the customer services 😞 apart from the 8002 number) the other numbers from abroad are not working

As a side note if you are abroad you may have problems getting a PAC to work anyway. The phones need to be on a UK networks.
