Hi guys I cannot any of the O2 numbers (apart from 8002) from abroad, or neither send text messagesI tried this number many times +44 808 100 4439 but not working Also, trying to text PAC to 65075 but it fails every time But can call any other number...

hi there I am trying to request a PAC code but I am unable to do do online when I navigate to Manage Contracts - Thinking of switching from O2? - the box is blank, not showing any numbers, I input the number manually and hit search but nothing comes ...

I did speak to customer services on online chat and they couldn't help, this is why I came here

I tried text PAC to 65075 and texted INFO to 85075 - not working  I tried manage contacts - thinking of switching from O2 - etc. but the box is blanked and shows no results I am also unable to call the customer services  apart from the 8002 number)...
