Hi! i've just switch o2 pay n go to o2 pay monthly and i cannot log in to my account, i got msg with new log in and password and when im trying to log in it shows "! No mobile billing account sorry this app only allows customers to view their mobile accounts - the username entered isnt associated to a consumer pay monthly or pay n go mobile number" any ideas guys?

Hi,
give it another 24hours and if still the same give customer services a call so they check your account.
