My 2 year contract is coming to an end. Unfortunately the upgrade deals I was offered weren't competitive enough so I am looking at alternative options. Do I need to cancel the contract with you on the 2 year anniversary or will it stop automatically?

Your contract carries on month to month so give 30 days notice to end your contract by calling 202 or using a PAC will end it automatically.

If you're looking to move to another network, make sure you'll get a good signal where you spend the most time, i.e. where you live and work. Trusting online network coverage checkers isn't a great idea. They're only a general estimate. If you've found a network that you think has a good deal for you, get a Pay & Go sim first and check the signal. Getting a good deal is a pointless exercise if your signal isn't strong enough.

The iphone 6 will be over subscribed. If you want one it is up to you to source whether that be from O2 or elsewhere.
