Hi there,
All you have to do is ring 202, and choose the option for disconnections.They will advise you of any termination fees if you are still in contract,final bill and a pac code if you need one, if not they will take a 30 days notice.

If your daughter is also on o2 the problem must be with your phone or sim card.
Try swapping them over with daughters phone to see.
