How do I cancel my contract.

Hi there,

 

All you have to do is ring 202, and choose the option for disconnections.They will advise you of any termination fees if you are still in contract,final bill and a pac code if you need one, if not they will take a 30 days notice.

Or you could ask for your contract to be moved to a Payg account. This way you are sure it's not in danger of not getting sorted properly.

Don't use live chat.

connection is so bad. I'm fed up with having to wander round the house looking for a signal.

My daughter's connection here is fine.

If your daughter is also on o2 the problem must be with your phone or sim card.

Try swapping them over with daughters phone to see.
