I have recently upgraded to a refresh 5s and my contract I have with my old 4s mobile needs to be cancelled. I have already sent the phone back when I received my 5s mobile. I have just received a bill for my 4s
number ******* which I dont have. Concerned

Why did you send old phone back?
Was it a lease phone?

You should remove that phone number (even though you no longer have the phone)

This is a customer to customer forum by the way. You aren't actually talking to O2 on here...

All you needed to do was ask for an upgrade keeping the same number.  As it is your old contract will continue until you cancel it and further payments might be due.

 

Was the old phone sent to O2 Recycle?

So presumably you now have 2 contacts running as you didn't upgrade,  you took out a new contract?
