reference number for mobile plan of £29.00 [removed]
I have just realised that i am still getting charged for this contract and this finished a while ago and the DD has been coming out my Account for months after.
this was a virgin mobile contract and was transferred to o2, the Airtime is being billed by o2
mobile number is [removed]
there is no where how i can contact Virgin Mobile as it merged over to o2. how can i get a refund for these over payments that have been made.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Did you actually cancel with O2? Contracts carry on after the the full term until you do
If not the charges are legitimate
