Just received a call proporting to be from Amazon about my account, didn't listen to much, but the really worrying part is it was from my own number! Anyone else had similar? Does that mean that someone has cloned my account and can rack up calls?

Resolved! Barrs on my phone

Resolved! Spend cap

Can I check that both of my accounts have a spend cap please. One of my accounts I had changed my tarriff and will start from 14th February. can I check that the spend cap will continue. so that a spend cap will continue with the new tarrif ?
