Hi just trying to do sim swap, But saying sim not provisioned and not receiving text code. Thanks a lot

You need to text from your old sim card

Having said that, O2 have had network problems today so try again tomorrow

Yes well it's a new sim swap, It won't even let me receive my code by text or even push the button anymore to send a new text!. On a good one we can now make calls and sites working, @02 please help with this one as I can't use phone!! Thanl you
