I am pay monthly for my phone and have just bought a tablet that can take a sim. Can I get an additional sim linked to my account and 'share' the data usage between phone & tablet?

Dumb Mobile Contract

Aside from my usual mobile we have a dumb one that only makes phone calls. No internet, texting, camera. We top it up in a local shop but it is expensive. Is there a monthly contract for such dumb phone approx £10 a month?
