Hello

I received a text advising my recent order had been placed and I didn’t order anything.

A second message advised that overage allowance charges had been added to my account. I didn’t request this and can’t get through to O2 on the phone.

can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks

Nicola

O2 has let us know that these order messages were due to an error and that the notifications have now stopped. They're investigating why it happened but no need to worry.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
