Outstanding monies

Hi I have paid £72 for an overdue bill over a week ago and it still says it’s outstanding. I have 2 accounts can someone check if it has been out agains that wrong one please?

Upgrade

I could be interested in upgrading. However, I did not know that somebody had signed me up until 2026 on Sim only! This was supposed to be a rolling sim only deal on a temporary basis

Resolved! Charging me zone 3 bolt on when in India

O2 has just told me I need a zone 3 bolt on at £26 for 100mb and yet their website tells me that India is Zone 2 and £6 a day. Which is it O2???? and can I have my money back
