Resolved! Device and Contract

Once I pay off what's left of my device plan, how long before I can cancel my contract? Or do I have to wait until the official end of my contract?

SIM card hasn’t arrived

I switched to O2 from another operator. They said they would send a sim card. They sent the invoice before the sim card arrived and want me to pay. They make you pay the bill before you can even use it. Everyone be careful

Replace my damaged SIm

I dropped my phone in a river. Phone ok but sim isnt. Ordered replacement on line and it said it would send text to confirm - nothing arrived - tried twice more. No text with rewuiy code. Help
