I'm being asked to pay my account but have not only closed my account but have returned my phone. I did both of these things in October at your Southampton shop. I believe your agent that I spoke to was Kristi, and I'm sure she will verify these actions for me.
I have sent four letters of complaint to your Complaints Department in Winchester without the courtesy of a reply. Would you please resolve this issue for me promptly as the deadline for paying my account is today.
