Any chance of trying the SIM in a different phone to see if the fault follows the SIM

If so it is either a SIM or Account Problem

If you call into an O2 shop with Photo ID they will replace the SIM

need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Check these guides:

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

In the unlikely event that the evidence eventually points towards this being an issue with your handset, you will need :-
