Resolved! Chargeable calls when I have international bolt on

I can see on my November bill for (REMOVED) that I have chargeable calls to Australia on 29 Oct, 5, 6, & 7 November. I started the international bolt on from 29 October. Is it right that I had these chargeable calls on my November bill? Thank you.

Should my bill be this high after my contract period has ended?

My 24-month contract ended in September 2023 which cost me £57.64 a month. Since Sept, my bill has continued to stay this amount each month, even though I've technically paid off my phone and should only be paying for sim-only now. I'm curious as to ...
