Basket expired while awaiting credit check results for a phone contract

I filled in all my details and was told to wait to see what my credit check result would be and my basket expired before they came back. I'm disabled and unable to get to an in person store easily and am upset the website doesn't work or isn't clear

Charges for receiving scam calls when abroad

Why have i been charged £2 per scam call received whilst i was abroad. I haven't made any calls and i certainly never seen or heard that amount of calls in the 2 weeks i was away this is a lot of money amounted.

eSIM transferring from Vodafone to 02

Hello, I signed up to 02 2 days ago on a sim only plan, from Vodafone. I clicked eSIM as the option id like but now my network has stopped and I can’t seem to work out how to activate it. It means I have no network or internet
