My son has an o2 sim contract, he recently took out. He is due and upgrade. Can he now take out this upgrade will he have to pay for the 2 contracts. Not sure Thanks for the help

Why do I need to order a new sim to qualify for the 10gig pay monthly deal? I am currently paying £10 per month but get only 7 gig on my current sim. What’s the reasoning behind this? Thanks

Resolved! How long on new o2 sim before i can port number

I have a new o2 sim which i got for the volt benefits but my current sim with Virgin contract dosent expire until Jan. Will i be able to port my number over then or is there a time limit on porting over?

Resolved! Volt detail mismatch

I am not getting Volt benefits. I suspect this is because my Virgin Media Account is in the name of Sam an O2 is Samuel. Which is easier to change?
