Resolved! 4G not working

Hello. I have an iPhone 5 and today put my new pay monthly sim into it. Calls and texts work fine but it's not connecting to 4G so I'm unable to connect to the Internet. Do I need to activate the sim or anything?Thank you

Unlimited texts and I am charged for them

i have unlimited texts but on my resent bill I found I have been charged for some texts, funny is that on same day I had free texts to that number! Person was abroad but it shouldn't matter as far as I know.
