Log into your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Look on the Bills tab and select the month you want to view.

It can take up to 6 weeks and you only get a record of calls dialled and texts sent.

I'm guessing that maybe @Flyangler is on payandgo. I'm not sure exactly what can be viewed in My O2 if that's the case. I don't think itemised calls and texts are available.

Correct Jonsie itemised billing info not available to PAG customers from accounts. Why the discrimination, 02 have the information and the technology to make it happen no need to place hurdles in the way of having simple information available.
