I noticed on my latest bill that I have been charged 3 times for my Disney plus bolt on 1 of £7.992 of £10.99As far as I am aware my only bolt on is the Disney plus at £7.99

why have o2 changed my Disney+ subscription, and backdated payment, that I was unaware of?

Why have o2 upgraded my Disney+ subscription without my knowledge or request, and have also backdated payment for this service I never requested, from 24th May in my bill today, 24th June?
