Resolved! Contract / keep number

Hi, I currently have a SIM only plan and unfortunately my handset has broken. I am looking at taking out a new contract with a new provider but would like to keep my number. Will this be possible? If so would I need a PAC code?

Phone number change

I changed from pay as you go to a contract and want to use my current phone number. My calls are coming through to current number but people can still text the temporary number also.

i have payed the upfront cost for a contract on a new device, however i have failed the credit check. The cost has still been charged and the money is no longer in my account
