Resolved! Getting charged £3 every month from Global Network, O2 Cannot cancel

Im frustrated now. I have no 4g on my phone. And im getting charged £4 extra every month for something I cannot cancel. This is ridiculous. O2 have given me a number to ring to cancel the service charge. Because they are O2 and they cannot cancel it....
