Resolved! SIM replaced - no mobile data

I had my phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) stolen recently. A replacement handset and SIM arrived yesterday and while calls, texts and wifi seem to be all working fine I can't connect to 4G or any mobile data. Can anyone offer me any pointers? TIA

It passed 4 months and i didn't received my deposit back yet. I already payed the 4th bill and no money was returned in my bank accout. Anyone know what do I need to do? I want to receive the deposit through bank, not through bill.
