activating cellular data on my nighthawk m1 router

hello, i have set up my router and inserted my sim. it is asking to activate cellular data on nighthalk app, i have gone into settings and cant see anywhere to activate cellular data?can anyone help? please and thanks

I’m a key worker and rely on my phone data as I have no other source of internet from home. My data is being swallowed up quicker than usual and I need it but am not paying for an add on when I haven’t used near as much data as what it says I have!
