Resolved! Data allowance

I've got 3gb of data per month on my contract. But on my O2 it says I've also got 9gb of data until my contract ends in 2024.I want to know does this entitle me to 12gb a month or 3gb month and 12gb can be used during this time?

Resolved! New pay monthly Sim

HiNew O2 customer, and have received pay monthly Sim. When I put new sim into my iPhone 6s I'm getting the message 'iPhone is not activated'. My iPhone is unlocked, and not sure if problem is with sim or the phone. thanks
