Resolved! Discount not showing on new tarrif

Hi all. I took advantage of an offer to upgrade my sim only to 1 year, 15 GB data unlimited calls & texts for £20 p/m (on offer until Oct 4th, usually £35 p/m). However on MyO2 the tarrif says £35. Any ideas?

Resolved! number not ported over

I was told that my number would be ported over to my o2 phone by 6pm today but this has not happened. Cant get through on 202 and live chat is busy. Does this now mean it wont happen until at least monday?

Unable to download the app

I have 2 pay monthly mobiles but only one is showing in My O2 account. Therefore the number that ismissing is unable to download the app or check its usage. Unable to contact o2 directly so not sure what to do.
