Resolved! Voicemail

My phone just rings and rings and rings and doesn't go to voicemail. I've set up a mailbox greeting etc but it doesn't seem to divert anyone to it. I have an iPhone X. Does anyone know how I switch on voicemail?

Updating my tarriff online

Hi all, I am looking at upgrading my tarriff and getting a new phone. My only question is when I order a phone online, do I just take my old SIM card out and put it into the new phone or do I need a new sim sent to me?
