I recently upgraded my contract and selected the free six months of Disney +.

How do I activate this?

Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under Manage your account.

There's a link to the help and support page.

Some people have found doing it via the My O2 app works best for them
