Resolved! Reduce mobile data

How can I reduce the amount of data I have on my device plan, I have too much and don’t use it all. Wanted to reduce it ??

I’m in a 24 month contract and my data has been removed from my account and I’m unable to use the Internet ??

Swim swap no text messages

Swapped my SIM one week ago my number has moved to my new sim for voice calls but I still can’t get or send text messages. Any ideas.

Resolved! Returned phone

I returned my upgrade over a month ago, under the returns policy. I wasn’t able to speak to anybody prior to sending it back due to coronavirus. Tracking says it has been received but I still haven’t heard anything from O2 regarding this.
