Apple watch

I have payed my bill on the date due, received confirmation by email also yet I’ve had non stop phone calls saying it’s overdue! I can’t speak to anyone about it, not sure how I get through to show proof it’s been payed!

Overcharged on my bill

This month I’ve been charged twice for my line rental and once for my contract plan, and it’s still telling me my device plan payment is overdue and customer service won’t answer the phone, terrible service
