So I am on pay monthly (new phone) and ported my old number to my new phone, set up two direct debits one for the phone and one for the airtime. Neither of these dd's have been taken and today I get a text message saying my outbound calls are blocked until I pay up however it also references the original number that came with the phone.
So as far as I am concerned this is entirely an O2 cockup yet when I cannot call them because I'm blocked from making outbound calls !!.

You can borrow a phone, use a landline or Skype to contact O2.
