voicemail

I am unable to retrieve voicemail messages.Dialing 901 does not help.When I do, I am told I have no messages even though I have tried leaving them.Help please.

Resolved! New iPhone 12 pro set up

I have set up my new iPhone 12 pro with the new sim and I only have access to WiFi. No 3G etc and I can’t receive or make calls. Do I need to do something to activate the new sim please?
