Resolved! My bill did not reduce after 24 months

Hi there. I had a 24 month contract which ended in Dec 2020 but my invoice value did not reduce. In fact it went up. How do I request a refund please? Thank you.

Resolved! Incoming Call from USA shown but didnt receive one

Hi , I have an Incoming call duration 12 minutes showing in my Recents from yesterday but no such call arrived or was answered. My question is will I be charged for that and if so who can I contact in O2 to report it . THanks Gymbo

Resolved! Charged double for changing direct debit date

Needed to change my direct debit date by 4 days from the 24th to the 28th of the month and was told that my airtime plan for next month will be double but she couldn't explain to me why, can someone answer this please.

Resolved! Multiple messages being billed for one overseas text

I’ve sent one text to a relative in USA and now find I’ve been billed for 5 simultaneous messages, all outside of my bundle also I can no longer call out or receive calls maybe linked? It’s chaos !
