I just upgraded to the iPhone 13 but it’s so much smaller than anticipated. I wanted to know if it’s acceptable to use the 14 day cancellation period to swap to the pro max? Just need advice from anyone who’s done similar. Is it straight forward or are there hidden clauses in the agreement?

You need to return it under the 14 day change your mind policy, you do this by calling o2 on 202 from your o2 phone.

You will then need to sign a new Credit Agreement and you will probably be credit checked again as the Pro Max is a more expensive device...
