Data transfer

MMS Stopped working?

MMS has just suddenly stopped working. 'Message not sent. service not activated on network' error comes up. Have not changed anything and phone hasen't had an update or anything like that. VPN is correct. SG5 area code. Any ideas??

Please can you make an option available to make additional payments towards the handset online? I always have to phone to pay off chunks here and there and sometimes have to wait up to 30 minutes on hold to do so
