Airtime bill

Hi there can you advise me,please?

my last bill is for £605 because o2 charge me for airtime in out of U.K. I was in holiday in Bulgaria this country is in Europe but in the bill I saw charge for data in Turkey I never been there and I can prove that . What can I do to back my money it is no correctly o2 to take money from their customers on that way

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

You need to hope that O2 will listen sympathetically and make a goodwill gesture but good luck with this
