hello...i have found out that charges on my phone are not my own.i contacted o2 and they would not block the transactions or remove them.anyone have a good solution that saves being wrongly charged.thanks

Why is it taking so long for my new sim with my new contract on to activate. I completed the process on Thursday 29th August said it would take 24 hours however it's now 31st August and it's still not working?

I switched to O2 for the first time. Everything went smoothly until the day of porting. My existing EE signal was switched off around 1pm. I duly waited as told, until 6pm, switched my phone off, inserted new sim, switched back on. Nothing. No signal...
