I can't log in to the my O2 app. It says it is not available to me. When I log in to the website, it shows a strange email attached to my account. Apparently the sales rep in the O2 shop signed me up with an email (it's an @o2.co.uk email) but I have no access to that email. I can log in to my account with my usual email but my phone contract details don't appear to be on this account.

Hi @rawpulse
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Oh I see, they're getting their own customers to help each other instead of offering a live chat or actual support. I don't have any of those services, why can't I get help from O2's website, instead of other social media websites.

Yep, that's how it works these days.
We're cheap and expendable and can take the abuse.......;)
You'll need to call customer service as I wouldn't recommend live chat.
O2 email closed years ago and they'd have no clue about it.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
