Contract

Hello, I signed a one-year contract with O2 last October, but I am going back to my country because of the coronavirus. When it gets better, I'll come back to England. Can I freeze or stop my contract? Or can I change it to a minimum charge?

Cant order

hi i keep trying to get out an additional contract. (for family plan) But, when attempting to enter card details, it declines and says "Card can't be checked"I rang the bank, they said it wasn't their side and to ring 02, 02 weren't helpful..

Ordered a new phone and contract but not arrived

I ordered a new phone and contract on the O2 website on Monday the 23rd, 2 days later no phone and no update on if the phones even been dispatched. The only thing O2's managed to do is take the money out of my account. Not sure what to do.
