My pay monthy phone has been barred and I am trying to pay my bill but becuase its been barred I cannot make any outgoing/incoming calls/texts. I brought a payg sim cared to try and contact 02 to pay it that way and it still wont let me contact any online help or phone and speak to a real person not an automated telephone service

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I have tried that number numerous of times and tried all the options to try and get through to some. it just says it cannot connect me at this time and to go onto the 02 app, which I cannot do. Its like they dont want my money!!
