I’ve been informed my phone bill will rise by £1.80 from April…my bill is currently £8.68 a month..this percentage rate rise is well above average…can you tell me why?

@Stuisangry This is not O2. This is a customer community. O2 are increasing their prices as are all the other networks. You can join this thread and rant there:

You can cancel your contract any time in the next 30 days by calling 202, free from your O2 phone, or on 0344 809 0202. If there’s an outstanding amount left on your device plan, this will still need to be paid off, either by continuing with the instalments already set up, or you can opt to pay it off in full.

Ofcom told all of the networks to stop using percentage rises and use a monetary amount @Stuisangry - which they then took to mean they could blanket raise tariffs.
This means that those on the lower prices have a higher rise compared to those on higher prices.
