i took a new mobile phone out with you [personal details removed] in april, and sent the phone back and confirmed 14 day cancellation. after several phopne calls i was assured this was cancelled your end, so can someone please tell me why you have shown 3 missed payments on my experian report sending my score into poor? i am a loyal 02 customer and have been for years, so can you please explain????
