You’ve had my phone for nearly a month and still not heard anything I’ve tried to ring and was on phone a hour I cudnt hold any longer as I was using someone phone with my sim in am not happy x I need the phone I’ve even paid the months money

I’ve tried ring on a friends phone and no one answers am sick of getting ignored I need answers x am not ringing anymore o2 is waste of time won’t b making any more payments and I’ll cancel contract rrrrr

You need to contact customer services on either 202 or 0844 809 0202

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

Because it broke just went off and they sed they would fix it x I’ve had no reply are anything to see what’s going on this is ridiculous

Did you hand it in at a store or post it?

If in store, it may still be there if your store was closed due to lockdown, but if posted, check your tracking details to see if it has been received.
