Hello, tried to find a contact email which i couldnt find.

Also the "web chat" is not available so i have to post here.

I payed my 2 phone bills on the 5th of JAN but you still take the money from my bank (direct debit)?

I have the second phone's direct debit coming up and im thinking the same thing will happen to that also? ive always payed my bills before the direct debit and have done for the last 18 Months.

Basicly ive already payed the bills this month so dont take any more money from my bank and i want the money you have took back.

Thanks.

Please sort this.

We don't deal with account related questions here, but if you pay at least 10 days before the bill is due then O2 shouldn't take the DD.

Hi,

Please don't take this the wrong way but........... Direct debits take the hassle out of going out of your way to pay such bills so I'm at a loss as to why you went ahead and circumvented your own set up and paid the bills a different way. If the dates are causing an issue then why not ask to move them or seek to possibly cancel the DD and pay your bills the way your more comfortable with.

A case of a crossover.

Contacting Customer Services is your only avenue here to resolve your situation.

Let me hazard a guess: the OP paid the bill within a couple of days before the DD was due but it was too late for the process to be stopped hence the system will just take the money. I also guess that in the past its been done well before the DD date and because of the recent holidays, its not gone through in time to stop the actual DD being taken.

But as the poster above says, do one or the other to avoid problems.

On the plus side, if its two valid payments then it will show as credit to your account and providing you haven't got a lot of charges then the system won't process a DD request. Of course you could take a look in your my02 account to verify if there is credit on your account.
