A standard text will be o.54p but if it has been changed to mms then it will show as four texts

Calling or texting to the US means you will be charged at International rate. If it was a long text it probably converted to a MMS.

Thanks for getting back Cleoriff. I do realise that I will be charged for the text but couldn’t understand why it shows as though I have sent 4 texts all at the same time and charged £0.54 four times.
