I'm trying to swap my sim on my iPhone, I have taken my original sim out of the device and replaced with my new device, however when I go through the process of swapping the sim online I am not receiving a message for the activation code. It prompts me to resend a code if not received after 10 minutes but after several attempts I still have not received the code…I have tried the online chat but it takes me back to the same sim swap page…what can I do?

You will need to call o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 for them to do the sim swap for you..
